Woman Arrested


On Wednesday May 8, 2019 Bell County Deputy Justin Patterson arrested 36 year old Jeannie Smith aka Jeannie Rose of Barbourville after she was found walking on Highway 221 manifestly under the influence of an intoxicant. Smith stated she hadn’t slept in a few days when she last used Methamphetamine.


During her arrest Deputy Patterson discovered that Smith had three outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court.

She was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with public intoxication – controlled substances (excluding alcohol) and was served the warrants.
